We’re working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing DTC wellness brands to find a brilliant Head of Growth to join their senior leadership team.

The business has scaled incredibly quickly since launching and is now entering its next stage of growth, with ambitious plans across international expansion, new product launches, retention and subscription.

This is a big role, but they’re not looking for someone who wants to sit above the detail. They need someone commercial, driven and very hands-on who has already helped scale another DTC brand through a similar stage of growth. Someone who can set the strategy, but is equally comfortable getting into the numbers, challenging creative, looking at CAC and LTV, understanding why a landing page isn’t converting or where customers are dropping out of the funnel.

You’ll have ownership across the full DTC growth engine, including:

  • Paid acquisition across Meta, Google, affiliates, influencer and emerging channels
  • Creative strategy and testing
  • Retention, CRM and lifecycle
  • Subscription growth and reducing churn
  • Shopify, CRO, landing pages and customer journey
  • Growth budgets, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Building and developing a high-performing growth team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We are particularly interested in people who have worked in high-growth DTC businesses across wellness, supplements, beauty or other relevant consumer categories and can demonstrate that they’ve genuinely helped scale a brand.

You will have experience scaling significant paid media budgets, strong knowledge of Klaviyo, CRM and retention, and understand how acquisition, conversion, repeat purchase and subscription all work together.

Subscription experience would be a big plus.

This could suit an established Head of Growth, but we’re equally open to someone ready to step up into their first Head of Growth role. The important thing is that you’ve been part of scaling a high-growth DTC brand, understand what it takes to get to the next stage, and are excited by the opportunity to take real ownership of growth.
