Head of Growth / Fractional Head of Growth
Prop Trading / Fintech | XRS - London
Initial 30-Day Paid Growth Sprint: £8,000–£10,000
Path to Permanent Leadership Role: £80,000–£110,000+ base + performance bonus + potential long-term equity/options
XRS is building a next-generation prop trading business with ambitions to scale across the UK and international markets.
Our platform and core infrastructure are now in place.
We are looking for an exceptional, commercially minded Head of Growth who can take ownership of customer acquisition, conversion and scalable revenue growth.
This is not a traditional marketing position.
We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will initially join XRS for an intensive 30-day paid Growth Sprint.
You will have access to our acquisition funnel, analytics, paid-media performance and existing development, PPC, SEO and creative resources.
Your mission is simple:
- Find what is preventing growth, fix it, prove the acquisition model and build the roadmap to scale.
- Exceptional performance during the initial engagement can lead to a permanent senior leadership position.

- £80,000–£110,000+ base salary depending on experience

What You Will Own
Traffic → Registration → Checkout → Customer → CAC → Revenue → Retention
Including:
- Google Ads and paid acquisition
- CRO and landing pages
- GA4 / GTM / attribution
- Customer acquisition funnels
- Mobile conversion
- SEO commercial strategy
- Affiliate growth
- CRM and lifecycle marketing
- Pricing and offer testing
- Customer retention
- Growth analytics
- Management of PPC, SEO, development and creative resources
Who We Want
Experience in Prop Trading, CFD, Forex Brokerage, Fintech, Trading Platforms or Financial Services is highly desirable.
However, we are equally interested in exceptional growth leaders from high-performance subscription, marketplace or e-commerce businesses.
We care more about results than titles.

The 30-Day Challenge
Shortlisted candidates will be given a real XRS growth case.
We will ask you to identify:
- Where is growth being lost?
- What would you stop doing?
- What would you fix first?
- How would you deploy the next £10,000 of marketing spend?
- What would you expect to learn or achieve within seven days?
We are not looking for a 50-page presentation.
We are looking for commercial judgement, analytical ability, speed and execution.
