M11 Labs is hiring its Head of Growth to build our commercial growth engine from scratch.
We’re an early-stage AI company building agentic trust and commercial intelligence infrastructure for ecommerce. Our platform helps brands verify claims, close data gaps and identify competitive threats.
This is a commercial pipeline role - not brand marketing. You’ll report to the CEO and own customer acquisition across outbound, inbound, events, partnerships and digital channels.
What you’ll do
- Build and own our 0-to-1 growth engine
- Generate qualified pipeline and revenue
- Test and scale acquisition channels
- Refine positioning, messaging and conversion
- Build automated, AI-enabled growth systems
- Turn events and partnerships into customers

You’ll be a strong fit if you
- Have personally built growth from scratch at an early-stage company
- Understand DTC founders, ecommerce operators and how they buy software
- Have hands-on B2B or SaaS acquisition experience
- Can operate across outbound, partnerships, events and digital
- Use AI tools such as Clay, Cursor, Make, Zapier or Perplexity to multiply your output
- Move quickly, tolerate ambiguity and take full ownership

Details
- London-based, with 3+ days per week in person
- Contract-to-hire, with a path to employment after six months
