About the team

Get ready to
- Scale our biggest growth engine, Meta, while maintaining strong unit economics, and continuously test new acquisition channels such as TikTok, YouTube, Google Search, Amazon and App Store Search to unlock new growth opportunities
- Turn creative into a competitive advantage by driving creative strategy, testing velocity, messaging, hooks, and formats that consistently improve performance
- Identify and remove growth bottlenecks before they slow us down, tackling challenges like creative fatigue, rising CPMs, channel saturation, and funnel drop-offs with innovative solutions
- Own the entire acquisition funnel, from the first ad impression to subscription, optimizing the quiz flow, landing pages, and conversion journey to maximize performance
- Monitor and improve key growth metrics, including ROAS, CAC, payback period, and LTV, making data-driven decisions to scale efficiently
- Be 100% hands-on in the initial launch and grow the marketing team as the business scales
- Define the growth roadmap, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, and focus resources on initiatives that drive meaningful business results
We expect you to
- Have hands-on experience scaling a consumer e-commerce and subscription product through high-growth stages, with clear examples of the impact you’ve personally driven
- Bring deep expertise in performance marketing, particularly paid social, with a proven track record of managing and scaling substantial Meta budgets efficiently
- Demonstrate success in launching and growing new acquisition channels beyond Meta, turning experiments into scalable growth opportunities
- Understand the entire conversion journey, from first impression to paid subscriber, and know how to optimize every step of the funnel
- Have a strong instinct for high-performing creative and the ability to guide creative teams toward producing effective, data-driven work at speed
- Be highly analytical, with a strong grasp of key growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, payback period, and cohort performance
- Have experience leading and developing marketing teams, creating an environment where people can perform at their best
- Thrive in fast-moving environments, take ownership, navigate ambiguity confidently, and drive growth with a strong bias toward action

Salary
Gross salary range is 4000 - 6500 EUR/month.
Location
We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.
For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
