Haut.AI

Haut.AI is a pioneering BeautyTech startup at the forefront of personalized skincare solutions. We combine scientific research with artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions that actually work. Backed by leading European VCs and founded by AI scientists, we operate at the intersection of two explosive growth markets: AI and beauty tech.

We are looking for a Head of Growth

To own our full commercial engine — new business and customer success in one function. You will lead a team of six: three Account Executives who win new enterprise logos, and three Account Managers who keep and grow them. This is a player-coach role. You set the strategy and build the system, and you personally carry our largest, most strategic deals and relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of six: three Account Executives and three Account Managers, through weekly pipeline reviews and one-on-ones focused as much on growth as on numbers.
  • Coach deal by deal and account by account: join calls and demos, debrief with specific feedback while it's fresh, and set a clear standard for proposals, pricing and demo prep.
  • Own the full revenue picture — new business, renewals and expansion, plus the forecast and the commercial KPIs, and give leadership an honest read on where things really stand.
  • Carry a small set of the largest, most strategic enterprise deals yourself, and personally steward our most valuable relationships at senior stakeholder level.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups - brand and marketing, e-commerce, IT, data privacy, legal and procurement — and keep them moving.
  • Build the system the team runs on: playbooks and objection handling, CS operations from onboarding to renewal and expansion, health-score tracking that surfaces risk early, and a clean AE → Account Manager handoff.
  • Turn client feedback into real intelligence for Product and Marketing, and bring pricing and packaging signals back from the market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What makes you a fit:

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS commercial roles, with 3+ years leading a team; ideally you have owned both new business and account management / customer success.
  • A real track record with enterprise clients — you are comfortable in the room with senior stakeholders, and you have closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long cycles.
  • Hands-on by default: you set strategy and you still sell, review the proposal, and join the call.
  • A natural coach who stays in the detail — you read call recordings, inspect CRM hygiene, and coach on specifics.
  • You have built commercial processes, playbooks and KPI frameworks before, not just run someone else's.
  • Fluent with CRM and revenue tooling — you turn activity data into clear next actions.
  • Exceptional English and genuine executive presence.
  • Results-oriented, organized, high-agency, and at home in a fast-moving remote startup.
