About us
ETFBOOK is a Swiss AI Data company providing data, analytics, and workflow automations in the Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) space. Founded in 2020, we aim to make global ETF data accessible, actionable, and valuable for institutional participants in the global ETFs ecosystem, including ETF issuers, index providers, fund service providers, market makers, exchanges, and buy-side institutions.
We provide access to our products through user-friendly Web Application and robust APIs, covering areas such as product data, fund flow tracking, performance comparisons, liquidity assessments, and much more.
About the role
As we scale across EMEA, AMER and APAC, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Head of Growth to build ETFBOOK global growth engine. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, Data and Marketing teams, turning ETFBOOK data, platform, and expertise into market awareness, qualified demand, enterprise pipeline and ARR growth. You will own the Growth strategy and operating rhythm, including our quarterly Sales Campaign model, with a clear focus on how to accelerate ARR growth and broaden enterprise-adoption of ETFBOOK capabilities in the global ETF ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design quarterly Sales Campaigns aligned with the Product Roadmap, regional Sales priorities, ICPs and strategic products/datasets. Every campaign has clear target accounts, messaging, activities, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
- Define the Campaign Playbook and ensure cross functional alignment by unifying Marketing, Product, Data, and Sales teams around shared revenue growth goals and metrics.
- Work closely with SDRs and AEs to turn campaigns into qualified meetings, opportunities and ARR growth by providing necessary expertise, collateral, and playbook for user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Together with regional Head of Sales and Finance, introduce growth analytics metrics, attribution and reporting: pipeline generated, conversion, campaign ROI and revenue impact.
- Translate ETFBOOK product capabilities and data assets into compelling commercial propositions by working closely with Data Analytics and Product teams in development of ETFBOOK thought leadership and strong content engine to strengthen market visibility, our USPs and positioning in the global ETF ecosystem.
- Implement integrated Go-to-Market approach (GTM) across ETFBOOK data & insights, content, digital, events, webinars, ABM and outbound Sales. Ensure these activities operate as one commercial growth engine.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
