Head of Growth (Germany)

💊DTC Health & Wellness

📍UK-based (Remote first, occasional travel)

💵£70,000 - £90,000 + Equity

Our client, a fast-growing DTC Health & Wellness brand, is looking for a Head of Growth to unlock the next stage of its expansion in Germany. The market has reached a point where continued growth requires deeper performance marketing expertise, sharper experimentation, and a more sophisticated approach to conversion.

You’ll inherit an established operation rather than start from zero, but there is significant headroom to improve acquisition efficiency, strengthen the customer journey, and open new channels. As Head of Growth, you will own the growth strategy for the German market, combining strategic leadership with hands-on performance marketing to deliver measurable, profitable growth.

This is particularly suited to someone who enjoys building rather than simply maintaining. You’ll have a small existing support structure, access to specialist product and conversion expertise, and the freedom to test where the next phase of growth will come from.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
