AutoReel helps real estate professionals turn listing photos into property videos. We’re an AI SaaS going through a growth chapter and hiring a Head of Growth who’s already owned this seat at scale — and wants to own the growth story and trajectory here, not advise from the sidelines.
The Role
You are the player-coach for growth. You set the strategy, allocate focus and dollars across what actually works, coach the growth marketing pod (paid + creative), and also roll up your sleeves to do the work. Paid / performance marketing is our largest lever today; you decide what deserves the next dollar — ads, lifecycle, partners, or nothing — and you own the results.
What You’ll Own
- The growth roadmap and trajectory: where we grow, how fast, and what we refuse to fund
- Hands-on acquisition leadership (Meta, Google, and whatever else clears the math)
- Full-funnel experiments & judgment: acquisition → activation → retention → payback
- Creative system with our strategists: briefs, tests, winners doubled, losers killed
- Coaching standards for the people who touch spend and creative every day
- A simple weekly growth scorecard we can rely on

Must-Haves
- You’ve personally owned growth/acquisition at six- and seven-figure monthly scale
- You’ve been player-coach: shipped the work and raised the bar for buyers and/or creatives
- You’ve reallocated or cut spend using full-funnel math — not vanity ROAS
- You’ve run a creative testing system with strategists, not just asked for “more ads”
- You can explain “why this dollar here” quickly and clearly
