Head of Growth – Marketing Services Consultancy – London (Hybrid)
DNA Recruit are working with a market-leading Marketing Services Consultancy that specialises in delivering promotional marketing campaigns and compliance solutions for global brands and agencies. Combining consultancy, legal expertise, project delivery, data and operational excellence, the business has built an exceptional reputation for delivering complex campaigns safely and successfully across international markets.
With an ambitious growth strategy in place, they are now looking for a commercially driven Head of Growth to join their Senior Leadership Team and lead the company's Sales, Marketing and Data Insights functions.
About the Role:
This is a pivotal leadership position, reporting directly to the Managing Director and taking ownership of the company's commercial strategy. As Head of Growth, you'll be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through a combination of strategic account development, new business acquisition, marketing leadership and commercial insight. This is a role for a hands-on commercial leader who enjoys building relationships, leading high-value client conversations and creating high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's commercial growth strategy.
- Lead the Sales, Marketing and Data Insights functions.
- Drive new business acquisition alongside organic account growth.
- Build and nurture senior client relationships.
- Lead commercial negotiations, proposals and strategic pitches.
- Own revenue targets, forecasting and pipeline management.
- Develop new service offerings aligned to market demand.
- Work closely with operational leadership to improve commercial delivery and profitability.
- Champion collaboration across commercial and delivery teams.
- Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing commercial team.
- Use market insight and data to inform commercial strategy and business decisions.
- Ensure CRM, reporting and forecasting processes are robust and effective.

Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience within a marketing services consultancy, promotional marketing, shopper marketing or integrated agency.
- Demonstrable success driving revenue growth and leading commercial teams.
- Experience overseeing Sales, Marketing and wider commercial functions.
- Strong background in business development, client relationship management and commercial strategy.
- Excellent commercial acumen across pricing, forecasting and pipeline management.
- Experience presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop teams.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and commercial reporting tools.
- Experience with HubSpot would be advantageous.

- Location: London (NW - Hybrid – 4 days office / 1 day home)
- Salary: Up to £100K + Bonus + Benefits + Commission
