Why London Business School?
London Business School; a global and vibrant business community based in three of the world’s most dynamic cities, London, Dubai, and Riyadh. It’s where extraordinary minds and diverse perspectives connect, to have a profound impact on the way the world does business and the way business impacts the world. We offer best-in-class hybrid learning to our students and participants, whilst creating a flexible, supportive, and dynamic working environment for our people to excel in, whatever their location.
The Role
London Business School is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead how growth opportunities are identified, developed, and scaled across the School’s portfolio. You will lead an insight-led, future-focused growth approach, moving beyond traditional digital marketing to unlock new markets, audiences, and propositions, and to embed a culture of experimentation and commercial impact.
Working closely with the Executive Director, Product & Portfolio Marketing, the CMO, and senior stakeholders across the School, you will shape and deliver a clear growth agenda that aligns with institutional priorities and long-term strategy. You will use data, customer insight, and market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities, test and validate new ideas, and scale initiatives that drive sustainable growth across Degree Education, Executive Education, and other priority areas.
This role operates at the intersection of strategy, insight, and execution. You will champion a test-and-learn mindset, de-risking innovation while accelerating learning and performance, and ensuring growth initiatives deliver measurable outcomes in demand, pipeline, and revenue. Acting as a connector across product, marketing, revenue, and academic teams, you will align cross-functional effort around shared growth priorities and help future-proof the School’s portfolio in a dynamic and competitive global landscape.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
