Build the growth engine behind an ambitious, fast-growing technology advisory business.

Wyn is changing how enterprises negotiate their software contracts. Founded in 2024, we’ve grown to a team of 20+ without external funding and now have more than $3bn in software spend under management. Our model is simple. We connect enterprises with former senior executives from the software vendors they’re negotiating with, giving them access to specialist commercial intelligence and helping them secure better deals.

We’re now looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to build and scale our marketing function, turning marketing into a predictable source of qualified enterprise pipeline and revenue.

Reporting directly to our co-founders, you’ll have genuine ownership of our growth strategy, from identifying the right channels and building campaigns to measuring performance and developing the team.

This isn’t a role where you’ll inherit an established marketing playbook. We’re looking for someone who can build one.

What you’ll do:

  • Build a predictable pipeline generation engine

  • Own Wyn’s marketing strategy, with a clear focus on generating qualified enterprise pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.

  • Identify, test and scale the channels most effective at reaching senior decision-makers across IT, finance and procurement.

  • Establish clear performance metrics across marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, acquisition costs and revenue contribution.

  • Take ownership of marketing investment, ensuring activity is measured against commercial outcomes.

  • Develop and execute demand generation

  • Build and execute account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise organisations.

  • Work directly with our Sales leadership, SDRs and AEs to align marketing activity with target accounts, outbound campaigns and pipeline priorities.

  • Develop campaigns across channels including LinkedIn, paid acquisition, email, content, events and partnerships.

  • Turn Wyn’s expertise, customer results and vendor intelligence into compelling campaigns that generate demand.

  • Experiment continuously, identifying what works and building repeatable acquisition channels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
