The team 🧑🤝🧑
Reporting to Giorgia, Head of Marketing, you will lead the Growth Marketing function, including:
- Field Marketing
- Lifecycle Marketing
- Marketing Operations
You will also be responsible for managing external SEO and paid media agency partners.
As a senior leader within the Marketing team, you will work closely with:
- Sales on pipeline generation, lead management and strategic account engagement
- Product Marketing and the Head of Marketing on messaging, ICPs and long-term strategy
- Content Marketing on integrated campaigns and thought leadership
- Design for ad creatives and campaign planning
- Customer Success on adoption, expansion and customer engagement programs
- RevOps on attribution, reporting and funnel optimization
Your responsibilities 🖋️
UpSlide is looking for a commercially minded Head of Growth Marketing to build and scale a predictable pipeline generation engine.
You will own the strategy, performance and optimization of our demand generation activities, ensuring marketing delivers measurable impact on pipeline, opportunity creation and revenue.
You will lead our Growth function across field marketing, lifecycle marketing and marketing operations, while managing our SEO and paid acquisition agency partners. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Customer Success and RevOps, you will translate our positioning into programs that generate demand, accelerate opportunities and support long-term business growth.
This role is critical to achieving UpSlide's growth ambitions globally and strengthening our position as the leading AI document production layer for Financial Services professionals.
- Define and execute UpSlide's growth strategy to drive pipeline, opportunity creation and revenue growth across priority markets and segments
- Own marketing's contribution to commercial targets, ensuring programs are aligned to business objectives and measurable outcomes
- Partner closely with GTM to improve lead generation, lead management, conversion rates and overall funnel performance
- Develop and optimize integrated programs across events, digital channels, lifecycle marketing and account-based initiatives
- Own the performance of marketing acquisition channels, including SEO and paid media, through effective agency management and investment decisions
- Drive audience growth, engagement and conversion through lifecycle marketing programs and newsletters
- Partner with RevOps to improve attribution, reporting, automation and visibility across the buyer journey
- Establish a culture of experimentation, using data, AI and automation to improve performance and efficiency
- Lead, develop and coach a high-performing Growth team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

You are a great fit if you have:
- Proven experience leading growth, demand generation or acquisition marketing teams within B2B SaaS
- Experience leveraging AI for pipe generation, efficiency and experimentation
- Strong commercial mindset with experience owning pipeline and revenue targets
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying journeys and complex sales cycles within regulated industries
- Experience working closely with GTM teams to drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical and operational skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience managing marketing technology, agencies and performance budgets
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- Comfortable operating across both strategy and execution
