Voy – Head of Growth Marketing
About the Role
Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform for men and women, offering core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments, dermatology, and mental health. The business is scaling rapidly, with $675m annualised revenue, growing at ~130% year-over-year. Operating in the UK, Brazil, Germany, and India, Voy is expanding its Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) category—the company’s fastest-growing and most strategically important line.
Voy is the largest private TRT provider outside the US, having tested 250,000+ men for low testosterone, published an outcomes study with Harvard Medical School (covering 9,500 patients), and built a clinical authority team led by Dr Jeff Foster (co-author of the UK’s national testosterone guidelines). However, TRT in the UK remains under-discussed, clinically common but culturally stigmatised. This role will help drive a cultural shift, scaling the category to market-defining levels by combining growth strategy and narrative leadership.
Reporting into Finance and Marketing (C-level), this is a high-impact, pivotal role—balancing commercial scale with a mission to redefine how the UK perceives men’s hormone health.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and execute a 100% YoY growth plan, with full ownership of the growth marketing acquisition strategy
- Lead a holistic growth marketing approach—blending category awareness, stigma reduction, and conversion optimisation, in partnership with PR/clinical teams to maximise commercial outcomes
- Spearhead end-to-end creative campaigns, from strategy and media planning to creative production and performance optimisation
- Activate the brand narrative, translating patient stories, clinical research, and celebrity partnerships into high-converting campaigns, and measure their impact on acquisition
- Ensure seamless patient experience integrity from first touch to activation, aligning teams across marketing, product, life-cycle, and operations for a high-converting funnel
- Own the P&L for all paid and earned acquisition, with accountability for:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Payback periods
- Contribution margin
- Revenue contribution across the TRT category
- Define future growth opportunities, including white space, emerging channels, and audience expansion, ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with Finance to set acquisition targets, investment plans, and budgets, ensuring unit economics, payback expectations, and P&L alignment
- Act as the primary growth advocate in cross-functional strategy sessions, influencing product roadmaps, pricing, and GTM decisions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
