Services include insurance coverage on all items, offering added peace of mind. Customers can easily send packages through a user-friendly app, benefit from limited-time offers, and access clear guidance on how to use the service via the website and app.

Role Description

The Head of Growth is a full-time, remote role, responsible for driving customer and revenue growth across send247’s service areas. This role oversees the development and execution of growth strategies, including digital and offline campaigns, referral programs, and partnerships to increase brand awareness and user acquisition.

  • Analyzing data to identify growth opportunities
  • Running experiments to optimize the customer funnel
  • Collaborating with product and operations to improve the customer experience
  • Aligning marketing and sales efforts
  • Leading a small team or working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Setting performance targets
  • Managing budgets
  • Reporting on key growth metrics to leadership

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with experience designing and running data-driven experiments.
  • Proven expertise in Customer Acquisition, including performance marketing, referral programs, and conversion optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in Sales and Business Development, particularly in building partnerships and B2C or marketplace growth.
  • Ability to interpret analytics tools and dashboards, apply insights to strategy, and measure ROI across channels.
  • Experience in logistics, delivery services, or consumer apps is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
