Head of Growth at BM Digital

Who We Are

BM Digital is a tech-enabled growth firm powered by Meteoric AI, our proprietary influencer and paid media intelligence platform – and we operate at a scale most growth companies never reach. We manage over 80,000+ creator partnerships monthly, oversee $500M+ in annual media spend across Meta and TikTok, and exclusively work with high-growth consumer brands.

If you’ve taken Meta accounts from $20k/day to $300k+/day, and you know exactly why it worked and how to repeat it – we want to hear from you.

The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth who has been deep in the trenches of aggressive paid media scaling and understands precisely what it takes to push Meta spend efficiently at volume. You excel in comprehending Meta’s algorithm response to creative velocity, cost control architecture, audience structure, and budget scaling – translating this into compounding, durable growth across a portfolio of DTC clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Own growth strategy across a book of business
  • Lead a team of paid media analysts and creative strategists
  • Act as the senior voice when clients need someone who can assess not just current performance but identify what’s needed to unlock the next level of scale

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
