KINTAL is a UK AI product specialist.

We help creative businesses make practical, responsible use of AI through products, workflows and advisory work.

We have early traction and clear ambition. We are now looking for a commercially experienced fractional leader to work alongside KINTAL's founding team and help build a more consistent route to growth.

This is not just a lead-generation role. You will help us make sound commercial decisions, open the right doors, develop partnerships, and turn the right conversations into well-scoped work.

The role

You will work with the founding team to:

  • Set a focused growth plan for KINTAL's next stage.
  • Prioritise the right customer groups, sectors and routes to market.
  • Develop partnerships, referral relationships and larger opportunities.
  • Sharpen our propositions, packages and commercial messaging.
  • Build a practical pipeline process, from first conversation to signed work.
  • Support selected senior sales conversations and negotiations.
  • Identify where marketing activity, partnerships or product development could unlock demand.
  • Give clear, commercially grounded advice, including when an opportunity is not worth pursuing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we would like to achieve

Over the first few weeks, we would expect to see:

  • Clear priorities for customer groups and routes to market
  • A qualified pipeline with ownership and realistic next actions
  • Stronger commercial materials where they are needed
  • A small number of credible partnership opportunities under way
  • A more repeatable way to turn the right conversations into work
  • Better visibility of what is, and is not, driving growth.

About you

You should have experience leading growth, partnerships, commercial development or business development in a B2B service, product or technology business.

You do not need to come from a large corporate, but you do need to be comfortable working with a small, ambitious company where the work is hands-on, and priorities can move quickly.

Experience in creative industries, media, agencies, professional services or SME technology would be useful. So would an understanding of responsible AI adoption and the ability to sell it without the hype.

You do not need to be an AI specialist, but you do need a real interest in how AI is changing creative businesses and the appetite to learn quickly. You should be comfortable talking about AI in practical terms, without overselling it.

You will need to be able to:

  • Move between commercial strategy and practical delivery.
  • Build trusted senior relationships.
  • Create structure without creating unnecessary process.
  • Challenge assumptions constructively
  • Commit enough time to be properly involved.

The opportunity

This will begin as a paid fractional contract, initially for six months, with a monthly retainer and performance-related commission agreed with the right person.

We are looking for someone who wants to help build something meaningful. If the fit, contribution and shared ambition are right, there may be scope for a longer-term role as part of KINTAL's founding team.

How to apply

Please email your LinkedIn profile or CV, a short note explaining why this role is a fit, and an example of a business you have helped grow to hello@kintal.co.

We are not asking for a presentation or a free growth plan at the application stage, but we would love to see a short, high-level view of what you would focus on in your first 90 days.
