Head of Partnerships — Silvar (London)

Base salary £50-70k base

Base + uncapped performance / equity · London · Founding team

Silvar is the top end of chauffeur travel, built for the people who move London's most demanding clients. Operators supply the cars and chauffeurs; we bring the demand, the brand and the technology. We launch in London this year with a fleet spanning executive saloons to rare, reserve-tier cars — and partnerships are how we win.

The role

This is the most important commercial hire in the company. In luxury ground travel, clients don't come from adverts — they come from the people they already trust: concierges, executive assistants, private offices, hotels, jet brokers and FBOs. Your job is to make Silvar the default those gatekeepers reach for.

You'll own the partner network end to end — building it, signing it, and turning it into bookings. This is a hunting role, not an account-minding one. You'll be in the room at Mayfair hotels, private members' clubs, family offices and private-aviation terminals, and you'll live or die by the bookings those relationships produce.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do

  • Build and personally close Silvar's founding partner network across hotels, concierge and lifestyle-management firms, EAs and private offices, and private aviation (FBOs, brokers)
  • Turn signed partners into active, booking relationships — the metric that matters is bookings per partner, not logos on a page
  • Design the commission and white-label terms that make Silvar the effortless default for a partner's desk
  • Own your pipeline, your numbers and your forecast, reported weekly
  • Work directly with the founders as we take this playbook from London into new cities

This is a performance role — read this part carefully

Compensation is a base plus uncapped upside tied directly to the bookings your partners generate. We're open to structuring the upside as commission, equity, or both for the right person. The stronger your network and the more it delivers, the more you earn — with no ceiling. If you want a large fixed salary and a quiet quarter, this isn't it. If you back yourself to build something and be paid on what it produces, it is.

You'll fit if you

  • Already have relationships in London's luxury, hospitality, private-aviation or UHNW-services world — or have proven you can build them fast
  • Have closed partnership or B2B deals and can point to the revenue they drove
  • Are comfortable being measured on outcomes, not activity
  • Carry yourself credibly in front of a five-star concierge or a family-office principal
  • Want to be early at something and own a function, not inherit one

Nice to have: background at a concierge/lifestyle firm, luxury hotel group, private-aviation operator, or a premium marketplace; an existing rolodex you can activate on day one.

To apply: send a short note on the network you'd bring and one partnership you've built from nothing. We read every one.
