🚀 We are on the hunt for a Head of Growth & Performance
Are you a hands-on growth operator who prefers rolling up your sleeves over managing agencies? We are partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven B2C scale-up that is shaking up a traditional consumer space. Backed by top-tier UK investors, they combine smart technology with real human expertise to guide people through major life milestones.
Right now, they need a standalone Head of Growth & Performance to take total ownership of customer acquisition.
This is an execution-heavy role split roughly 60% on the tools and 40% on strategy, reporting directly to the Co-Founder. There is no agency buffer here. They need a scrappy, deeply curious operator who knows how to leverage modern tech stack capabilities to move at lightning speed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
