Own the Growth. Build the Revenue Engine.

Doodle is evolving from the world's most familiar scheduling tool into an indispensable productivity and coordination platform. We are hiring a commercially accountable Head of Growth Product to own self-serve ARR, activation funnels, and monetization mechanics across EMEA and North America.

This is a player-coach leadership role. You will directly lead an established, cross-functional growth team spanning lifecycle marketing, monetization, growth marketing, and tech stack operations. Crucially, you will partner directly with a dedicated, ring-fenced Growth Engineering squad led out of Berlin with an independent backlog: your experiments, paywalls, and onboarding flows are never deprioritized in favour of core platform R&D.

What You Will Do

1. Own Self-Serve ARR & Monetization Strategy

  • Own the commercial strategy and end-to-end P&L performance for self-serve ARR across our monthly and annual subscription tiers.
  • Design, implement, and optimize pricing, packaging, and paywall experiments to increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) while preserving our viral freemium loops.
  • Build automated retention flows and churn mitigation mechanics across the subscriber lifecycle.
  • Identify and validate new customer segments, use cases, and ICPs to expand self-serve growth beyond the current base.

2. Drive High-Velocity Experimentation

  • Establish and run a hypothesis-driven experimentation framework across web, mobile, onboarding, and billing flows.
  • Partner hand-in-glove with our dedicated Growth Engineering squad to design, ship, iterate, or kill experiments at high velocity without fighting for core engineering bandwidth.
  • Set rigorous standards for statistical significance, causal inference, and funnel instrumentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

3. Lead, Mentor & Scale the Growth Team

  • Directly lead, mentor, and upskill a cross-functional growth team covering Growth Marketing, Monetization, Lifecycle Automation, and Growth Stack Operations.
  • Instill strong product management hygiene: clear hypothesis definition, actionable PRDs/tickets, metric instrumentation, and post-experiment retrospectives.
  • Identify capability gaps and add strong growth talent to the team as our PLG motion expands.

4. Fuel Product-Led Sales (PQL Pipeline)

  • Define and instrument Product Qualified Lead (PQL) thresholds based on multi-seat expansion, organizational usage, and high-intent behavioral signals.
  • Partner seamlessly with Enterprise Sales leadership to ensure smooth routing and qualification of inbound, product-generated pipeline.

Who You Are

  • Proven Growth Product Craft: 6+ years of Product-Led Growth (PLG) or Growth Product Management experience in high-volume B2B SaaS or consumer subscription platforms. (This is a product management leadership role, not a paid media/performance marketing position.)
  • Direct Commercial Accountability: A track record of owning or co-owning a self-serve revenue line, conversion funnel, or subscription monetization target.
  • Player-Coach & People Leader: Proven experience managing people or a strong readiness to step into people leadership, with the ability to mentor team members in product definition, ticket writing, and experimentation methodology.
  • Partnering with Dedicated Engineering: Experience partnering with dedicated software engineers and data analysts; comfortable moving between high-level monetization strategy and detailed technical sprint specs.
  • Modern Growth Mindset: Familiar with the modern PLG toolset, product telemetry, and behavioral analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Customer.io, Optimizely/LaunchDarkly).
