ABOUT OXFORD HEALTHSPAN

Oxford Healthspan is the science-led longevity brand behind Primeadine®, the whole-food spermidine supplement developed with scientific advisors connected to Oxford University. Founded by Leslie Kenny, the company has built a loyal, highly engaged customer base and strong earned-media presence (Forbes, the Financial Times, the Times, the Guardian, Marie Claire, Women's Health, and others), alongside an active practitioner, affiliate, and wholesale network.

Oxford Healthspan is a premium online retail brand in the wellness space, with a significant focus on the US market.

This is a hands-on opportunity to own growth for a fast-moving DTC brand with real momentum, real data, and real budget behind it. You'll be the engine behind paid acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle marketing, with the scope to shape how this function is built as the team scales.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Head of Growth to own performance media, website conversion, and CRM/lifecycle for Oxford Healthspan. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, not just channels: you understand how creative, acquisition, website, and retention fit together, and you know how to turn that into one connected growth engine rather than a set of disconnected campaigns. This is a true builder role: you'll set up, run, and optimise the systems that drive acquisition and retention day to day, working closely with a lean team. As the business grows, this role has room to grow with it, whether that means specialising deeper into one channel, or evolving into a small growth pod that you help build and lead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Growth Strategy & Systems

  • Build and prioritise a testing roadmap across paid, creative, and CRO, and establish a consistent experimentation cadence so wins and losses compound over time.
  • Own core unit economics, including CAC, LTV, MER, and contribution margin, and use them to guide where we invest.
  • Test and validate new channels and formats before scaling investment.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and wider team so creative, content, and retention decisions stay aligned with acquisition performance, rather than operating in silos.
