About our Client
We're working with a fast-growing, founder-led SaaS business that's ready to scale its customer acquisition. With strong product-market fit and a proven sales model already in place, they're looking for a commercially minded Head of Growth to own demand generation and drive the next stage of growth.
This is a hands-on role with real autonomy. You'll have the freedom to test, learn and scale across paid media, CRO, content, partnerships and AI, with success measured by one thing: generating more customers.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the founders, you'll own the entire growth journey - from creating awareness through to generating qualified sales opportunities and helping convert them into paying customers.
You'll have the autonomy, budget and support to identify what works, scale successful initiatives and build a predictable demand generation engine.
Success won't be measured by clicks or impressions. It will be measured by commercial results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and evolve the company's growth strategy across the full customer acquisition funnel.
- Build scalable inbound demand generation.
- Lead paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and other relevant channels.
- Improve website conversion through landing pages, CRO and customer journey optimisation.
- Develop compelling content, campaigns and messaging that engage the right audience.
- Identify and grow new acquisition channels, partnerships and referral opportunities.
- Use AI, automation and no-code tools to improve speed and efficiency.
- Partner closely with Sales to maximise pipeline quality and conversion.
- Analyse performance, run experiments and optimise based on commercial outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
