Growth Lead (Hybrid) London - Up to £130k + Bonus - AI Native
A well-funded, fast-growing Series A is hiring a Head of Growth to own the acquisition-to-retention engine — and to make the call on what to test next, not just execute someone else's roadmap.
They're building an AI-driven decision intelligence platform for a large, underserved asset class. You would own the full funnel — outbound, nurture, lifecycle, and ABM — end-to-end in HubSpot.
This is 0→1 ownership. You'll partner directly with the founding team on GTM priorities, and have real license to form hypotheses, run experiments, and kill what doesn't work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll own:
- Full-funnel growth strategy — outbound, nurture, lifecycle, and ABM — end-to-end in HubSpot
- Direct GTM partnership with the founding team, not a layer removed from strategy
- An enterprise, multi-stakeholder growth motion (not PLG/self-serve) — long, high-stakes buying cycles
- A hypothesis-driven testing cadence — form the thesis, run the experiment, kill what doesn't work
What we're looking for:
- Proven 0→1 growth ownership — you've built the system (strategy + tooling + GTM), not just executed a playbook someone else designed
- Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying committees, ideally in trust-critical or regulated categories (compliance, fintech, data infra, legal tech)
- Account-based, land-and-expand experience over pure top-of-funnel/MQL volume
- A track record of driving growth capital-efficiently — not just scaling budget or headcount to get there
