General Manager - Caribbean Markets
We are seeking a highly commercial and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead a cluster of Caribbean markets for a fast-growing international business. The role will have full P&L responsibility, with a clear focus on transaction growth, gross profit, market penetration, and launching new markets.
You will be expected to be hands-on, personally driving ground-level activation through community, retail, digital, and commercial partnerships that convert awareness into transactions. You will develop and execute pricing, promotional, and growth strategies, using data, testing, and customer insight to improve conversion and margin.

The role also involves building and managing strategic partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, and securing partner funding or co-investment where appropriate.
We are looking for someone who has built or operated something in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment and can move comfortably between strategy and execution. Experience across startups, scaleups, fintech, remittance, telecoms, retail, FMCG, consumer services, or related sectors is relevant, with entrepreneurial and hands-on commercial experience particularly valued.
