We are working with an exciting and really fast-growing DTC wellbeing business who are looking to hire their founding Head of Growth.

You'll:

  • Set the strategy and execute on that strategy. Over time and with growth, the potential is there to build a team.
  • Set the UK growth strategy, budget, forecast, and operating plan.
  • Deep experience within DTC or eCommerce and experimentation, acquisition, and building revenue.
  • Plan acquisition strategies through Meta, YouTube, Google, and other channels. Test creative concepts, budget, and scale these channels.
  • Be close to the detail initially, prove your concepts, and build profitable revenue.
  • Ultimately, this is an opportunity to have true accountability for UK Growth, in an already highly successful business.
