The Role

You'll own our entire acquisition engine end to end, working hybrid from our London office (3 days a week on-site). This is a hands-on, data-obsessed role for someone who has personally scaled consumer apps, not just managed agencies. You'll live in the numbers (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention) and turn spend into profitable, compounding growth.

What you'll do

  • Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and Apple Search Ads
  • Build and optimize our web2app funnel: landing pages, checkout and app handoff, to lower CAC and lift conversion
  • Run rapid creative testing loops and iterate on messaging, hooks and offers
  • Shape our brand and positioning across every touchpoint
  • Own attribution, analytics and reporting (we use PostHog, AppsFlyer and GA)
  • Partner with product to close the loop between acquisition and retention

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
