Head of Growth
A brand that generated seven figures in a single market in three months, purely off the back of influencer buzz. That's the kind of growth most performance marketers only dream about landing. It also means nobody here has ever had to build a real, repeatable growth engine, because for years the growth just happened on its own.
That's changing now. Growth needs one owner running the full funnel, from ads through to retention, instead of three people and a rotating cast of agencies patching it together.
If you'd rather build the machine than inherit one, keep reading.
This is a full-time, remote contractor role. Working hours are flexible, with some overlapping with CET hours.
What's in it for you
- You're the first Head of Growth this company has ever hired. No legacy strategy to untangle, you build the function from scratch.
- Real autonomy day to day. Big budget calls sit with the founders, execution and experimentation are yours.
- A clear path upward, from Head of Growth Europe to Head of Growth Global as the company scales.
- Front-row seat on major licensing deals with some of the biggest entertainment and beverage brands around.
- Performance bonuses twice a year, plus travel allowance, company trips and training.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
