mise is a fast-growing meal planning app.
Our content generated 50M+ organic views in the last month, and we're looking for someone to run and scale our social media programme.
What you will do:
- Aggressively grow our network of freelance UGC creators from 30 → 50+
- Scale winning formats and constantly test new short-form concepts
- Manage creator communication, payments, briefs, and performance through SideShift
- Identify what's working and move quickly to scale it

Requirements:
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content
- Extremely organised — you'll be managing 50+ creators at once
- Comfortable responding to creators outside typical office hours when needed
- Creator/UGC experience is a big plus

Compensation & location:
- £35,000 base + performance bonuses
- Ready to start in September
