mise is a fast-growing meal planning app.

Our content generated 50M+ organic views in the last month, and we're looking for someone to run and scale our social media programme.

What you will do:

  • Aggressively grow our network of freelance UGC creators from 30 → 50+
  • Scale winning formats and constantly test new short-form concepts
  • Manage creator communication, payments, briefs, and performance through SideShift
  • Identify what's working and move quickly to scale it

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content
  • Extremely organised — you'll be managing 50+ creators at once
  • Comfortable responding to creators outside typical office hours when needed
  • Creator/UGC experience is a big plus
