Fearlessly Grow (LFG)

Full-Time preferred, open to Contractor / Fractional · Remote, with in-person in London a bonus · UK working hours (9:30am–5:30pm)

About LFG

LFG is an outbound agency. We run AI-driven outbound campaigns that book meetings for fast-growing AI and AI-enabled companies under real pressure to grow pipeline fast. Our edge is reaching the right customer first, not just building the best product, we find intent signals nobody else is looking for and turn them into real conversations, fast and still human, using real profiles, not bots. We work with clients on a done for you or done with you basis, same method either way.

The Role

We're hiring a Head of GTM Engineering to own and build on our data and intent signal strategy, taking a GTM function that already exists to the next level. This isn't an execution role waiting on instructions, it's a strategic and technical ownership role. We'll give you the outcome we need, more qualified pipeline, sharper targeting, better signal, and it's on you to work out how to get there. We don't want someone who needs a brief that says "here's how to do X." We want someone who comes back to us with the ideas.

We're ideally looking for someone full-time, this role is core to how we operate and grows with the business. That said, we're open to the right person on a contractor or fractional basis if full-time isn't possible for them right now.

Remote-First, In-Person a Bonus

This role is remote. Our team runs a hybrid model, two days a week in our Chancery Lane office, but we also have full-time remote team members, so this isn't a token allowance, remote genuinely works here. That said, if you're London-based or open to being in occasionally, that's a real plus, it makes collaboration with the rest of the team easier, but it's not a requirement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Own

  • Data strategy end to end, deciding what data we need, where it comes from, and how it's structured to actually drive results
  • Data scraping and list building, hands-on, not just directing someone else to do it
  • Building on our existing intent signal setup, we already source unique signals, not Apollo filters, and bringing fresh ideas and perspective on new ones worth adding, this is a genuine collaboration, not building from scratch
  • Strengthening the GTM process and infrastructure we already have, blocklists, suppression logic, and the operational scaffolding that keeps campaigns clean and compliant as we scale
  • Campaign infrastructure and execution, Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Warmforge, Bitscale, deliverability and sequencing, hands-on, not delegated
  • Automation and AI, wherever a process is manual, you're the one asking why and building the fix, across campaigns and the wider business
  • Adding to our existing GTM process and taking it to the next level, proactively, not just maintaining what's already there
  • Exploring new outbound channels beyond email and LinkedIn, WhatsApp for Business is a good example, staying open to what's worth testing next as the channel landscape shifts

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in GTM, ideally in-house at an AI or tech company, or inside an outbound agency
  • Has actually run outbound campaigns before, not just built the backend infrastructure for someone else running them, you understand both sides
  • Ahead of the market on Clay and GTM more broadly, you've likely done dedicated courses or training on Clay or modern GTM engineering and stay current as the space moves
  • Understands what it actually takes to find unique intent signals, and can bring fresh ideas and perspective on top of what we've already built, not just standard enrichment
  • Comfortable building proper GTM process, blocklists, suppression logic, campaign QA, not just running campaigns without the guardrails around them
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Clay, Smartlead, and HeyReach specifically
  • Genuinely creative, you find angles and approaches others miss, not just competent at running a known playbook
  • AI native, you use AI tools instinctively in how you think and build, and you're always looking for the next thing to automate
  • Solution-first by default. Give you a problem and you bring back options, not questions about process
  • Extreme attention to detail, this function is the foundation everything else is built on
  • Excellent, native-level written English, this is very important given the client-facing writing and precision this role involves, we'll test this
  • Genuinely wants to keep learning and upskilling, we're members of Pavilion, the GTM community, and have access to their courses and Pavilion University, we want someone who'll actively use that alongside the rest of the team, not just tick a training box
  • Able to commit to this full-time, ideally, though we're open to a strong contractor or fractional arrangement for the right person
