Revint is building the intelligence layer for outbound teams selling to local businesses.
We help sales teams understand the leads they already have.
Revint takes existing business leads and transforms fragmented business data, digital presence, customer signals, and other relevant information into actionable sales intelligence — helping SDRs understand who they are contacting, what is happening with that business, why it matters, and what they should say next.
We are starting with Food & Beverage, working with early customers and partners, and building a platform designed to expand across multiple local-business verticals.
We recently raised a significant amount of funding to accelerate product development, AI, data infrastructure, and go-to-market.
We’re now looking for a commercial leader to build the next stage of our growth.
The Role
As Head of GTM, you will own the commercial strategy and build Revint’s revenue engine from the ground up.
This is not a traditional Head of Sales role.
Your job is to figure out how we turn Revint’s differentiated intelligence product into a repeatable, scalable B2B SaaS business.
You will work directly with the founders across:
- ICP definition
- Positioning
- Pricing
- Sales strategy
- Outbound motion
- Customer acquisition
- Partnerships
- Sales team building
- Revenue operations
You will initially be highly hands-on.
You’ll speak with customers, run sales conversations, build pipeline, close deals, test messaging, analyze conversion data, and turn what works into a repeatable GTM system.
As we find product-market fit and establish the commercial motion, you will build and lead the team responsible for scaling it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Revint Does
A typical sales team may already have thousands of businesses sitting in their CRM, spreadsheet, lead database, or prospecting system.
The problem is that a business name and contact information tell an SDR very little.
Revint helps answer:
- What is happening with this business?
- What signals indicate an opportunity?
- What should the SDR know before reaching out?
- Why should they contact this business now?
- What is the most relevant angle for the conversation?
We turn existing lead data into actionable intelligence for outbound execution.
That distinction is central to our product — and to our GTM strategy.
What You’ll Own
GTM Strategy
- Define and refine Revint’s highest-value ICP
- Develop our positioning and category narrative
- Build our go-to-market strategy
- Determine the highest-leverage acquisition channels
- Develop our sales motion
- Build pricing and packaging strategy
- Identify opportunities for expansion across verticals
Revenue
- Own pipeline and revenue targets
- Build a repeatable sales process
- Develop outbound and inbound acquisition strategies
- Lead strategic customer conversations
- Close early high-value accounts
- Build forecasting and revenue discipline
- Continuously improve conversion across the funnel
Customer & Market Intelligence
You will work closely with customers to understand:
- How SDR teams currently research leads
- Where sales intelligence breaks down
- What information actually changes outreach behavior
- Which signals create commercial value
- Why customers buy
- Why prospects don’t buy
- Which use cases drive retention and expansion

As the motion becomes repeatable, you will build the commercial organization across:
- Account Executives
- SDRs / BDRs
- Customer Success
- Growth
- Partnerships
You will define hiring profiles, compensation structures, processes, operating cadence, and performance standards.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has personally built and scaled a B2B SaaS revenue engine.
You should have experience with:
- B2B SaaS
- SMB / mid-market sales
- Outbound sales
- SaaS pricing and packaging
- ICP definition
- Sales team building
- Pipeline generation

Why Revint
This is an opportunity to join at a very early stage of a company building a new category around intelligence for outbound execution.
You’ll have significant ownership over the commercial strategy, direct access to the founders, and the opportunity to build the GTM organization as the company scales.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build the machine, not inherit one.
