West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking an exceptional leader to join our Senior Management Team as Head of Health and Community Care.
The Role
As Head of Health and Community Care, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our strategic priorities and leading services through an evolving and challenging environment.
- You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, operational leadership and governance across a significant portfolio of integrated services, while supporting the continued development of the Partnership's vision for health and social care.
- Working closely with senior leaders across the NHS, Local Authority and wider partner organisations, you will lead service improvement and transformation programmes, drive performance, ensure effective use of resources and support the delivery of high-quality services for our communities.
About You
We are looking for an experienced, credible and values-driven leader who can inspire others and deliver results.
- You will have a successful track record of senior leadership within a complex organisation and be able to demonstrate experience of leading large-scale services, organisational change and service transformation.
- You will be politically astute, highly collaborative and comfortable working across organisational boundaries to build strong partnerships and achieve shared goals.
- Most importantly, you will share our commitment to improving outcomes for people and communities and have the vision, energy and leadership skills required to shape the future of integrated health and social care services.

Flexible Employment Options
This is an integrated post within West Dunbartonshire HSCP. Successful candidates may be appointed on either NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde or West Dunbartonshire Council terms and conditions, depending on individual circumstances.
