Job Description
As the founding lead of a new category, you will build and scale a Health & Beauty trading unit from the ground up. You will define the sourcing strategy, negotiate stock acquisitions, and manage high-volume wholesale distribution. This 0→1 role combines commercial execution with strategic leadership to tackle inventory inefficiencies in a high-growth environment.

What You Will Do
- Source and negotiate bulk inventory acquisitions from international brands, retailers, and distributors.
- Execute and manage the end-to-end trading lifecycle, including pricing, valuation, and wholesale placement.
- Own the unit’s P&L and operational roadmap while scaling the team as the category grows.
