Head of Hospitality, London, Earn up to £55,000

Monday – Friday

Are you an inspirational hospitality leader with a passion for delivering exceptional workplace experiences? We are looking for a Head of Hospitality to lead a premium corporate hospitality operation, overseeing a dynamic team and driving service excellence across a prestigious multi-floor workplace environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile hospitality operation, where you'll have the autonomy to shape the service, develop your team, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of hospitality professionals.
  • Overseeing the delivery of premium workplace hospitality services across a large corporate environment.
  • Managing VIP visits, meetings, conferences, and events to the highest standards.
  • Driving service excellence through performance management, coaching, and continuous improvement.
  • Presenting operational performance and hospitality updates at monthly business reviews.
  • Introducing innovative hospitality concepts, service enhancements, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Managing departmental budgets, operational reporting, hospitality systems, and supplier performance.
  • Taking full ownership of the hospitality department, ensuring effective delegation, accountability, and operational success.

You'll Have

  • Proven leadership experience within hospitality, workplace services, or a premium customer service environment.
  • Experience managing hospitality teams within a corporate, hotel, conference, or events setting.
  • A strong track record of delivering exceptional hospitality, VIP services, and client experiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and driving operational performance.
  • A passion for developing people and creating a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • The confidence to lead from the front, make decisions, and take ownership of a hospitality operation.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to introduce fresh ideas and continuously improve the guest experience.
