Head of Hospitality Partnerships

This role sells Reborne's services into hotels, private members' clubs and branded residences, which then offer them to their own guests, members or residents. The person sells to businesses, not to individuals, and has no contact with Reborne's own members or guests. Each deal is a contract between Reborne and the property, with a fee, a minimum guarantee or a revenue share, and Reborne's clinical team delivers the service.

What the businesses buy:

  • Hotels: an IV drip and visiting-nurse menu the spa or concierge can call in for guests, a sleep or recovery programme run inside the hotel, a Reborne-branded suite, or a doctor on call for the residences. The programme at 45 Park Lane with the Dorchester Collection is the working example.
  • Private members' clubs and branded residences: Reborne available to their members or residents without the club or developer building a clinic of its own.
  • In time, licences of the Reborne Method to hotel and spa operators abroad.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who the person sells to:

  • The spa director or director of wellness at the hotel, and at group level the group director of spa and wellness, who decide which treatment and wellness brands operate in their spas and rooms; the general manager signs the contract but the spa side chooses.
  • In London that means the spa directors at Maybourne (Claridge's, the Connaught, the Berkeley, the Emory), Rosewood, Four Seasons Park Lane, Mandarin Oriental, the Peninsula, Raffles at the OWO, Corinthia, the Lanesborough and Bulgari, and their equivalents in the Gulf and Europe.
  • At clubs it is the general manager or commercial director; at branded residences the head of residences.

What the person does:

  • Builds the pipeline of hotel groups, clubs and residential developers in London, Europe and the Gulf, and takes each from first meeting to signed agreement.
  • Shapes the service for each property from Reborne's menu and prices it with the CFO.
  • Negotiates the commercial terms (fees, minimum guarantees, term, territory and exclusivity) with the Consulting CEO and legal counsel.
  • Manages the live partnerships to renewal and expansion, and hands delivery to the Head of Memberships and the clinical team.

  • A network among hotel group and spa decision makers in London and either Europe or the Gulf.
  • Able to write and negotiate a commercial agreement, not only to open the door.

Terms:

  • Base £75,000 to £100,000; commission on first-year contract value and a trailing payment on renewal; London based with travel to Europe and the Gulf.
