The Venue

The Role
Legends Global is looking for a commercially driven hospitality sales leader to maximise hospitality revenue at Coventry Building Society Arena.
Focused on driving new business, growing client relationships and delivering hospitality sales targets, you will lead the venue's commercial strategy across matchday and non-matchday offerings. Working closely with the Club and Food & Beverage teams, you will ensure sales success is matched by seamless operational delivery, creating exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive hospitality revenue growth by securing new business, expanding existing accounts and maximising premium hospitality sales across matchday and non-matchday experiences.
- Build lasting client partnerships by leading the full sales journey, from prospecting and proposal creation through to negotiation, delivery and long-term retention.
- Lead a high-performing sales culture that combines commercial ambition, market insight and exceptional customer service to consistently exceed targets.
- Own the matchday hospitality experience, working closely with operational teams to ensure every sales commitment is delivered through seamless execution and outstanding guest experiences.
- Shape the future of hospitality at the Arena by driving innovation, launching new products and continuously enhancing experiences through industry best practice and fresh commercial thinking.
We're Looking for Someone With
- Experience within sport, entertainment, hospitality, events or venue-based environments, with a strong understanding of premium customer experiences and client expectations.
- A proven track record of leading successful sales teams and delivering ambitious hospitality, premium or B2B revenue targets.
- Strong business development and account management experience, with the ability to identify opportunities, grow relationships and convert high-value sales.
- Excellent pipeline, forecasting and CRM management skills, supported by a disciplined, data-led approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the energy, resilience and commercial ambition to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- 2nd Stage - Interview and Presentation Task with VP Global Sales and Venue Team
