We provide specialist housing services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other complex support needs, helping people achieve greater independence, stability and improved quality of life.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Housing & Support to lead our Supported Housing team and help shape the future of our organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role offering the opportunity to influence strategy, drive operational excellence and ensure outstanding outcomes for our tenants.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading supported housing operations
  • Delivering high-quality tenancy management and tenancy sustainment services
  • Overseeing Intensive Housing Management services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex care needs
  • Ensuring compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding and health & safety requirements
  • Managing contracts, partnerships and stakeholder relationships
  • Driving service performance, income management and tenancy sustainability
  • Developing and leading a high-performing team
  • Supporting service growth, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Acting as deputy to the Managing Director when required

About You

We're looking for an inspiring leader who:

  • Has significant experience in supported housing management and infrastructure & policy development
  • Understands the needs of people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and complex support needs
  • Has experience leading teams and driving performance
  • Is passionate about delivering person-centred services
  • Can build strong partnerships with local authorities, registered providers, care providers and commissioners
  • Combines commercial awareness with compassion and strong values
  • Is committed to promoting independence, dignity and positive outcomes for tenants
