Permanent Head of HR
We're partnering with a large, complex multi-site organisation to appoint an experienced Head of HR. Reporting to the HR Director, this is a high-profile leadership role where you'll help translate People strategy into tangible business outcomes across a national operation.
Home Based with National Travel (East Midlands location preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation's People Operating Review, providing workforce insight, risk analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning and organisational capability initiatives.
- Develop and utilise People Analytics to support business decision-making and future workforce requirements.
- Strengthen HR governance, compliance, policies and assurance frameworks.
- Improve HR service delivery, processes, operating models and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead and support organisational change, restructures, organisational design and transformation programmes.
- Partner with senior operational leaders to drive engagement, performance and workforce capability.
- Champion inclusion, employee engagement and continuous improvement across the People Function.

About You
- Proven experience as a Head of HR within a complex, multi-site commercial environment.
- Strong background in workforce planning, organisational design and change management.
- Experience translating people strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical capability, using workforce data to influence decisions and identify trends.
- Experience improving HR governance, controls, policies and operating models.
- Confident influencing and challenging senior leaders.
- Experience within facilities management, manufacturing, logistics or similar environments would be advantageous.
- CIPD Level 7 or above or equivalent experience.
