Today, as we continue to grow across both traditional and renewable energy markets, we are looking for an exceptional Head of HR to help shape the next chapter of our journey.

Reporting to the CHRO, you'll play a pivotal role in building the capability, leadership and culture needed to support a growing, ambitious and operationally focused business. Partnering with senior leaders across our fleet and shore-based operations, you will influence workforce strategy, strengthen organisational performance and ensure our people remain at the heart of every business decision.

We're looking for an experienced HR professional with the credibility to challenge, influence and inspire at all levels. You'll combine strategic thinking with operational pragmatism, bringing a passion for people, performance and organisational excellence. Experience within offshore energy, maritime, logistics or other operational environments would be advantageous.
