The Role
As a Head of HR, you will lead the site HR function, manage HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, and shape the people agenda as part of the Senior Leadership Team. This influential role supports operational performance and offers the opportunity to develop people practices across a major manufacturing site.

What You'll Be Doing as a Head of HR
- Lead and develop the site HR team, setting clear priorities and service standards.
- Manage complex employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases.
- Lead TUPE activity and organizational change, supporting managers and employees.
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, engagement, and operational priorities.
What We Are Looking For in a Head of HR
- Senior HR leadership experience in food or FMCG manufacturing.
- Experience managing and developing HR Business Partners and HR Advisors.
- Strong employee relations expertise, including disciplinary and grievance case management.
- Practical experience of TUPE and organizational change.
- Confidence to influence, challenge, and collaborate at Senior Leadership Team level.
