We’re looking for an exceptional Head of HR Business Partnering to join our senior HR leadership team and help shape the future of our People Strategy. Reporting to the Director of HR, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team of HR Business Partners, partnering with senior leaders across Flight Deck, Cabin Crew, Ground Operations, Head Office and Overseas Operations.

This is a highly visible, business-critical role for a confident, commercially minded HR leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery. You’ll influence at senior level, coach leaders, drive meaningful change and ensure our HR activity is closely aligned to business priorities, our culture and our Take Me There values.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and develop a talented HR Business Partnering team, creating the conditions for them to deliver high-quality, proactive support across the whole business.
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into clear, practical People plans that support performance, engagement, retention and organisational effectiveness.
  • Champion organisational development, talent, engagement, culture and change initiatives, ensuring our colleagues and Take Me There values remain at the heart of every decision.
  • Use insight, data and analytics to identify trends, shape priorities, inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR activity.
  • Work closely with HR Central teams to deliver joined-up, commercially focused solutions across employee relations, performance, leadership development, reward, talent and change.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, helping them build high-performing teams, manage complex people matters and lead confidently through change.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, tools and ways of working, bringing best practice and external thinking into a fast-paced, operational environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience leading sizeable HR teams in a complex, fast-paced organisation, ideally supporting a large, multi-site colleague population.
  • A strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders at a strategic level, with the confidence to challenge, influence and build trusted relationships.
  • Deep experience across organisational design, employee relations, performance management, change management and colleague engagement.
  • A commercial, pragmatic approach, with the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery and pace.
