We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR Business Partnering to join the Health in Justice service at Practice Plus Group.

This role is predominantly home based, however there will be occasional travel to sites and London or Theale for meetings.

This is a senior strategic HR leadership role, with management responsibility for a team of 7. You will lead HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Leadership Development, Wellbeing, and Workforce Planning activities across Health in Justice.

This role will give you the opportunity to work closely with the National Leadership Team and Senior Leaders to develop a high-performing workforce, improve employee engagement and wellbeing, and ensure organisational effectiveness and legal compliance.

Salary & Hours

This position is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and you will receive an annual salary of £80,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus £4,000 car allowance. You will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus of 10%.

  • Lead the HR Business Partnering function across Health in Justice.

  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce strategy and planning.

  • Support contract mobilisation and business growth.
