Handle are working with a well-known consumer-facing business to find a Head of HR to lead the People agenda across one of its most exciting business areas. The business is going through a period of growth and transformation and is looking for an HR leader who can help drive change and play a key role in this next phase.
Role Overview
Managing a small team of People Partners and working within a COE structure, this is a strategic business partnering role with a big relationship management focus. You'll work closely with Exec and senior leadership stakeholders, getting under the skin of the organisation and translating business ambitions into an impactful People plan.
