Lead the People Strategy for a Growing International Creative Services Business
Our client is an established international creative services business with over 35 years' experience supporting many of the world's leading retail and consumer brands.
Specialising in brand strategy, packaging design, artwork, localisation and creative production, they deliver end-to-end creative solutions across multiple international markets. With headquarters in South London and operations across Europe and the USA, the business is entering an exciting new phase of international growth.
They are now looking to appoint an experienced Head of HR to join the Senior Leadership Team and lead the people strategy as the business continues to scale.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR leader who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial, founder-led environment where they can influence strategy, shape culture and help build the organisation for the future.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will take ownership of the company's HR function, ensuring the business attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent while maintaining a commercially focused, compliant and high-performing people strategy.
This role combines strategic leadership with operational delivery. You will work closely with the Directors and senior leadership team to develop scalable HR frameworks, strengthen organisational capability and support continued international growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
