Global Head of HR Operations
We're currently partnering with a global insurance organisation to appoint a Global Head of HR Operations. This is a newly created senior leadership opportunity for an experienced HR operations professional. Your remit will be to drive transformation, operational excellence, and service delivery across a complex international business.
Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead global HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Technology, Payroll Governance, and People Analytics, ensuring a seamless and scalable employee experience across multiple regions. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape a modern, data-driven HR function and play a key role in supporting the organisation's global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Global HR Operations strategy.
- Lead HR Shared Services and service delivery teams globally.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee HRIS, data governance, workforce reporting, and people analytics.
- Ensure payroll governance, compliance, and risk management across all jurisdictions.
- Partner with senior business leaders to enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Build and develop a high-performing global HR Operations team.

About You
- Significant experience leading global HR Operations within a complex, multinational organisation.
- Ideally from Insurance, Financial Services, or another highly regulated industry.
- Strong expertise in HR Shared Services, HR technology, payroll governance, and transformation programmes.
- Workday knowledge and experience with system implementations.
- Proven track record driving operational excellence, process optimisation, and large-scale change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
