Head of HR Services, HR Systems and Automation

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a well-rounded, values-driven Head of HR Services, HR Systems and Automation.

You will bring significant payroll leadership experience, with a strong understanding of payroll governance, outsourced provision, complex pay and service improvement, recognising the importance of getting pay right for our colleagues. You will also lead HR Systems and Workforce Information, supporting effective systems, trusted workforce data and compliance.
