Job Title

This is a rare opportunity to lead the complete transformation of the HR technology stack, AI adoption and digital service delivery within a leading global professional services organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Global Head of HR Technology & Services and working closely with the CPO, the successful candidate will define and deliver a multi-year HR technology and AI strategy that fundamentally reshapes how HR services are designed, delivered and experienced across the firm.

The role combines strategic leadership, AI innovation, HR technology expertise and large-scale transformation. The individual will own the design of the future HR technology landscape, drive practical AI implementation across the employee lifecycle, and lead a high-performing global HR Technology & Reporting team.

Success will be measured through the creation of a tech-first HR culture, delivery of significant automation and efficiency gains, improved employee and manager experiences, and implementation of a future-ready HR ecosystem aligned to business strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
