Location: Support Offices located in Central Milton Keynes
Salary: £66,582 - £77,368 Per annum

You will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy, supporting organisational change, and ensuring the team delivers outstanding support to leaders, managers and colleagues across the Trust.

As the strategic lead for HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations, you will provide expert advice and guidance on the full range of NHS & MKUH workforce matters, including employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment and retention, attendance management, talent and succession planning, medical staffing, organisational change, and the application of NHS terms and conditions, employment legislation, policies and procedures.
