Our client is a privately owned property developer with an outstanding reputation across the North West. The business is delivering some of the region’s most exciting residential, commercial, and hospitality developments, combining contemporary new-build apartment schemes with the sensitive redevelopment and regeneration of prestigious listed buildings.
With a fully integrated sales and lettings agency, as well as a hospitality division, the company is committed to providing a best-in-class experience for both tenants and investors, ensuring exceptional service throughout the property lifecycle.
The Opportunity
As part of the continued evolution of the senior leadership team, we are seeking an exceptional Head of HR to lead and shape the people agenda during a period of significant growth.
This is a broad, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for ensuring that all elements of the people strategy are aligned to support the company’s ambitious growth plans. Culture is central to the organisation’s success, and the successful candidate will play a key role in embedding and strengthening a high-performing, people-focused environment.

With a current headcount of approximately 150 employees across a diverse range of disciplines, this position offers significant variety and the opportunity to influence stakeholders at every level of the business.
Key Focus Areas
- Developing and delivering a scalable people strategy aligned to business objectives
- Driving a positive, values-led culture across multiple functions
- Supporting organisational growth and change management initiatives
- Reviewing current structures, roles, and responsibilities to ensure they remain fit for purpose
- Leading the implementation and optimisation of HR systems, automation, AI and process improvements
- Ensuring that increased efficiency and technology adoption do not compromise the company’s personal and collaborative culture
- Providing commercially focused HR insight and guidance to senior leaders
About You
We are keen to speak with experienced HR Directors, Head of HR professionals or Senior HR Managers who have a proven track record of delivering a genuinely people-centric agenda within a growing organisation.
You will be:
- A visible, approachable, and credible HR leader
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same
- Experienced in culture development, organisational change, and employee engagement
- Able to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
- Commercially aware, with the ability to translate people data and feedback into practical, actionable improvements
- Passionate about creating an environment where people can thrive and perform at their best
