Job Role
This role will report directly to the Global Head of HR, owning the UK HR remit with regular crossover and collaboration across their European team and locations.
Strong Employee Relations experience and a track record of supporting HR strategy and performance management within a fast-paced boutique financial services environment — ideally a boutique investment bank, advisory firm or similar. M&A exposure.
This is a hands-on role. You will own these functions end to end, partner closely with senior leaders and be a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle — while also getting involved in the operational and reporting side of HR.
HR Strategy & Business Partnering
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees, acting as a trusted advisor on people matters
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives — wellness, employer branding and engagement programmes
- Provide support and coverage for local and international HR teams as required
- Support M&A-related people activity where it touches HR — integration, restructuring and change management

Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting HR strategy and performance management, ideally within a boutique investment bank, advisory firm or comparable professional services environment
- M&A exposure — either direct involvement in deal-related people work, or HR support through restructuring/integration
- Senior Stakeholder and Exco experience including presenting at board level
