Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will oversee the full HR function across multiple international locations, leading a team of three HR professionals while driving employee engagement, organisational development, talent retention, and culture. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on leadership and would suit someone eager to make a tangible impact.

More About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, with 8+ years preferred.
- Currently operating in a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Lead, HRBP Manager, or similar role and looking for your next career step.
- Experience within management consulting, professional services, life sciences, or another fast-paced, knowledge-based environment is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting international employee populations, ideally across the UK and North America.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, talent management, performance management, organisational development, and employee engagement.
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
- Commercially minded with the confidence to partner closely with senior leaders and executives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
