Interim Head of HR (9-12 months)
Location: London
Working Arrangement: Full-time office-based role.
Requirements:
Available to join before Christmas. Preferably law firm experience.
My client is a leading specialist global disputes law firm that continues to experience growth in London. Role Overview:
The Head of Human Resources will have overall responsibility for the firm's HR function, leading both the operational and strategic people agenda. This individual will oversee all core HR activities while partnering closely with senior leadership to support the firm's continued growth and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performance management and employee development
- Leading and managing all employee relations matters
- Managing the end-to-end joiner and leaver process
- Developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Overseeing the firm's appraisal and performance review process
- Taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and ensuring resourcing requirements are effectively managed across the business
- Leading and delivering a range of HR projects and initiatives
- Managing a HR team of two.

About You:
Extensive HR generalist experience preferable within a law firm.
